The Home will endeavor to provide privacy in private room or office when required for residents to meet with the manager, relatives and other visitors where privacy and confidentiality need to be respected.

Telephone facilities will be made available on residents' requests and arrangement to use the facility in private.

NEWS PAPERS / PERIODICALS

Any resident wishing to order a newspaper or periodical may do so by asking the manager, payment of these can be taken from the safe keeping account (If the resident choose to have one) or paid direct to the manager.

HAIRDRESSING FACILITY

A hairdresser visit's the home fortnightly (this is an additional cost). An appointment can be made on request.

​

CHIROPODY

An NHS Chiropodist visits the home every three months. The service is free for residents who have entitlement for this service. The service of a private chiropodist is also available in the premises every six weeks, an appointment can be arranged (at an extra cost)

DOCTORS

All local GP's visit the home for anyone wishing to see them.

​

CHURCH

Local Ministers visit the home monthly. If any resident wishes to visit church on sundays, this can be arranged.

​

ACTIVITIES, SOCIAL EVENTS/OUTING

There are weekly/monthly programme of activities, social event and outing. Residents are free to takepart in the activities as they wish.

SAFE KEEPNG FACILITY

The administration office has a safe keeping facility for any resident who would like to use the service.

​

LAUNDRY

The home has an on site laundry service. All bed linen and residents clothing are washed on site by laundry staff.

​

CLEANING

Domestic staff are employed to ensure that the home kept clean and tidy at all times.
